The Historic Downtown Walking Tour (2-½ hours)
Savannah's unique and charming layout of public squares and streets was designed by the English colonists who founded the city in 1733. Today those cobblestoned streets are shaded by live oaks laden with Spanish moss and are perfect for exploring on foot.
The Historic Walking Tour lets you catch many of the same highlights as the Trolley Tour and includes some fascinating places that you can't reach by trolley.
For a special treat, a delicious old-fashioned Southern style lunch at the award-winning Mrs. Wilkes Boarding House or Paula Dean's The Lady and Sons restaurants can be added to any sightseeing expedition.
